Terms of Service

Welcome to Simply Sauna ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, reservation system, and mobile sauna rental services ("Services"), which include delivery, setup, and pickup of wood-fired saunas at your specified location.

By booking a sauna rental or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Service Overview

Simply Sauna provides mobile wood-fired sauna units for short-term rental. We deliver the sauna to your location, provide setup and basic instruction, and retrieve the unit at the end of your rental period.

2. Service Area

We are headquartered in New Jersey and primarily service regions within New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and southern New York. Reservations outside our standard delivery zone may require manual approval and could be subject to additional fees or cancellation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By booking a sauna, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Booking, Payment & Reservation Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation. A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Simply Sauna.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address details, contact information, and any necessary access instructions (e.g., gate codes, driveways, etc.).

5. Delivery Conditions

You must ensure that the delivery site:

  • Has a flat, accessible area for trailer placement
  • Allows safe delivery and retrieval of the sauna unit
  • Complies with all applicable local laws and homeowner/landlord permissions

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a delivery if the site is unsafe or inaccessible, at our sole discretion.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery are non-refundable.

In the event of inclement weather or safety concerns, Simply Sauna may offer to reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.

7. Customer Responsibilities and Safety

By renting a sauna from us, you agree to:

  • Use the sauna in a safe and responsible manner
  • Follow all safety instructions provided at delivery
  • Never leave the fire or sauna unattended while burning
  • Keep children and pets away from the sauna at all times
  • Never use the sauna under the influence of drugs or alcohol

You are liable for any damage to the sauna unit during your rental period beyond normal wear and tear.

8. SMS Communications

If you choose to opt in to receive SMS updates during the reservation process, we will send you transactional text messages related to your booking. These messages may include:

  • Reservation confirmations and reminders
  • Delivery and pickup notifications
  • Out-of-zone approval requests
  • Urgent updates affecting your booking

These messages are considered essential to the rental experience. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, express opt-in.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simply Sauna is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of the sauna or failure to follow safety instructions. You assume all risk associated with sauna use, including but not limited to heat exposure, fire, dehydration, or physical injury.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected reservation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
