How much does each short-term sauna rental cost?
The barrel sauna is $450 per night. The tent-and-cold-plunge package uses tiered totals from $400 for one night to a $1500 cap for six or seven nights. Delivery fees and add-ons may apply.
What is included with each package?
Both include professional delivery and setup, a safety orientation, and fire-starting supplies. The barrel package also includes two firewood bundles, a bucket and ladle, thermometer and hygrometer, slippers, and four camping chairs. The tent package includes a cold plunge and firewood starter kit.
What is the difference between the barrel sauna and the tent-and-cold-plunge package?
The barrel is a trailer-mounted sauna for four to six people with optional cold plunge and fire pit add-ons. The portable tent package includes a cold plunge and uses tiered package pricing; its only available add-on is extra wood.
Where does Simply Sauna deliver?

Do the saunas require household electricity?
No household electricity is required. The short-term saunas use wood-fired heat.
How long does a wood-fired sauna take to heat?
A wood-fired sauna typically takes 45–90 minutes to heat, depending on conditions and the desired temperature.
Does someone need to be present for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Someone must be present for both delivery and pickup so the handoffs can be completed safely.
How do booking approval and payment work?
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after Simply Sauna approves the booking. If the request cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, it expires and the authorization is released.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made 48 hours or less before delivery are non-refundable.
Are Klarna, Affirm, or HSA/FSA payment options available?
Klarna and Affirm are available at checkout for eligible customers, subject to their approval and terms. Qualifying customers may be eligible to use HSA/FSA funds after completing the $15 Flex consultation before booking. Eligible customers receive a Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement; only same-day or future purchases can be reimbursed.
